Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is going to conduct IBPS PO Mains exams on 20th November 2016. Still there are 12 days left for the exam which can be utilised for practice. You should practice model question papers from practice sets. You should also concentrate on your weak areas. While doing practice sets you should concentrate more on your weak section. You should try to solve more questions in the weaker section. A single mark will make a lot of difference in the final selection.
Many of you already know about the 4 sections. Computer knowledge section will also be there with 20 questions this time. English and GK section will consist of 40 questions each. There may be separate time period given for each section. You need to solve all questions in that given time period only. The mains paper will be little bit tough than the prelims paper.

However reasoning and aptitude sections are scoring section which can make a lot of difference in your final marks. English and GK are equally important as they can give you an edge over other candidates. Computer is normally very easy for most of the candidates. If you are weak in Computer knowledge then you should download the computer PDF file from Bankersadda website and read it atleast thrice before the exam.
Written marks carry a weightage of 80% and hence it’s very important to score maximum marks out of 200. Interview has only 20% weightage. There is a chance that you may not be that good during interview process. If you will be having enough marks in the written exam and you do fair enough during interview then also you will be selected. Low marks in the IBPS PO Mains will surely not get you through final merit list. Practice these last 12 days and be a PO in a national bank. Best of luck.
